Long Kick
Sparring (Blue Stripes and Below Point Stop Sparring. Blue Belts and Above Continuous Sparring)
Age Categories are;
4 - 7 years
8-10 years
11- 14 years
15 - 17 years
18 - 34 years
35 years and above
